Andrea spent a decade inside the fashion and luxury industry — directing productions for Paris Fashion Week, high-end brand campaigns, and editorial shoots that demanded both cinematic precision and impossible turnarounds. It was a masterclass in premium work under pressure.
In 2019, he made a deliberate pivot toward tech. Drawn by the intellectual energy of Paris's emerging crypto ecosystem, he started covering events at Station F and early DeFi summits — discovering a community with world-class ambitions but no production infrastructure to match. He built it.
From intimate Parisian DAO meetups to 10,000-person conferences in San Francisco and Singapore, Andrea has directed 200+ productions across fintech, AI, and enterprise SaaS — developing the operational frameworks behind Alesia's 72-hour delivery standard.
Today he leads product, partnerships, and creative direction at Alesia RSVP — with a focus on AI-assisted production workflows and next-generation B2B content strategy.

Rayan is the technical backbone of every Alesia production. With a background spanning live broadcast engineering, multi-camera direction, and post-production supervision, he's the reason our content consistently looks and sounds like it cost three times what it did.
His journey into tech events started in the same Paris ecosystem — operating live streams and AV for crypto conferences before the industry had established any production standards. He helped write those standards, building playbooks now used across our entire global network.
Rayan leads all AV operations at Alesia: from pre-production technical planning and crew coordination to live execution and post-production workflows. His obsession with broadcast-grade quality — regardless of venue size or geography — is what makes the 72-hour delivery promise credible.
